July and August 2020
Brigit's Garden and Down to Earth Forest School will bring a summer of woodland adventures with forest school inspired summer camps.
The camps will combine the beauty of Brigit's Garden with the adventures, inspiration and freedom of Forest School. Camps will have a variety of natural crafts, activities and games.
The camps will be smaller in size to allow the sessions to be child-led which is central to the Forest School ethos.

What is Forest School?
Forest School is a way of working with children in a woodland environment, which provides a positive, natural, multi-sensory learning experience to develop physically, emotionally, socially and forming an appreciation and respect for the environment.
Sessions are child-led and child-initiated and aim to allow the child to follow their own interests and develop at their own pace.
Forest school provides a safe place for children to take age appropriate risks, such as tree climbing and tool use that help to enhance confidence and self-esteem under supervision of qualified leaders.
