Dedicated to mind body awareness, this morning time out will draw you away from the busy motion of the day and encourage you to become more relaxed in mind and body. It is a time to nurture and connect to present moment awareness, restore calm, awaken your senses and nourish your soul.
The morning includes a variety of gentle guided awareness practices to soften the body and quiet the mind. Refreshments are included. All equipment is supplied. Wear comfortable clothing that you can stretch in, a jacket and walking shoes.
