Samhain Forest Therapy Walk
This walk will be a time to reflect on your gifts, harvest time, and what you would like to bring forward into the winter season. It will be a time to exhale, a time to be, a time to spend within the autumn of the Old Woodlands in Brigit's Garden.
What is Forest Therapy?
Forest Therapy or Forest Bathing, comes from the Japanese term shinrin-yoku, and it refers to the practice of spending time in forested areas for the purpose of enhancing health, wellness, and happiness.
What to expect?
During this walk, participants will be guided through grounding, relaxing and centering exercises in deep relationship with the natural surrounding environment.
We will walk through the Old Woodlands in Brigit's Garden, spending time to connect with our surroundings and ourselves finishing with a Samhain fire and tea ceremony.
Please dress for the weather as we will continue the walk in the rain.
€ 20 per person (includes entrance into Brigit's Garden, tea and snacks). €15/concession
* I don't want money to get in the way of your nature connection so concessions are available.*
