Brigit’s Garden is run by a voluntary group for the benefit of the community. The income from admissions, Café, shop and donations helps us to:

• Offer Brigit’s Garden as a unique resource for the community
• Inspire young people through environmental
education
• Conserve the plants and habitats of the West
of Ireland

Our Vision is to offer Brigit’s Garden as a place of connection with nature, beauty and the cylces of life, and as a resource for education, reflection and creativity.

Brigit’s Garden is a not-for profit organisation and a registered charity (CHY 15512).  Jenny Beale set it up out of her passion for nature and the environment.

Brigit’s Garden is run by a voluntary board of directors:
Colin Brown, Breda Fadden, Mary Halpin and Marion MacNeela.The manager is Jenny Beale. This project has been part-funded by Galway Rural Development under the NRDP
